Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, noninvasive form of bodywork that addresses the bones of the head, spinal column and sacrum. The goal is to deeply release compression in those areas which alleviates stress and pain.
Craniosacral therapy seeks to restore the natural position of the bones and can decrease  stress from persistant injuries as well as provide relief from migraine headaches, neck and back pain, temporomandibular joint disorder and more.

The craniosacral system covers the area from the cranium to the sacrum, including the structures of the brain, the spinal column, the spinal cord, the network of nerves branching from the spinal cord, the connective tissue involved between the bones of the vertebral column and spinal cord, and, finally, the cerebrospinal fluid of the body. A set of rhythms — the “breath of life” — are central to the functioning of the craniosacral system, and they can be palpated by trained hands.
