Taking care of yourself after having a baby can be a huge struggle. A body undergoes many normal physiological changes quickly after having a baby and, with caring for your child your number one priority and with sleep deprivation, it can be difficult to feel like yourself or find the time. Consider a postpartum massage any time you feel ready to, and it's never too late to have a massage after having a baby whether it's just days after giving birth or years! You can feel the benefits from massage therapy at any stage after having a child.
